In order to help universities meet their obligations under the AODA, COU has partnered with the University of Toronto and the Government of Ontario, through the EnAbling Change Partnership Program, to create an accessibility toolkit of resources. For more background on the project, please refer to the Accessibility Toolkit Backgrounder

The toolkit consists of the following:

Customer Service Standard: Resources related to this Standard and the Customer Service Online Training Tool.

Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation: Resources related to this Regulation. 

Built Environment Standard: Resources to assist Ontario universities as they prepare to comply with this Standard.

Quick Reference & Helpful Information: Fact sheets on commonly asked accessibility questions and other resources related to accessibility.
