Accessible Customer Service Online Training Tool

 
The following links provide access to the modules of the Accessible Customer Service Online Training Tool. This tool will assist Ontario universities in meeting the accessibility requirements of the Customer Service Standard under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

The training tool is comprised of three independent modules, as well as an overview module that explains how to use the interactive version. There are two versions of these modules: accessible and interactive. Both versions are available for download in two formats: SCORM 1.2 for Learner Management Systems that support SCORM standard and Plain HTML for posting on a web server for general access.

Course completion tracking is only included in the SCORM 1.2 versions. The recommended minimum browsers are Internet Explorer 7 or above, Firefox 3 or above, or Safari 4. The interactive version requires Flash 8 plug-in or above.
